At Newquay Camping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor fashion and gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and fashion tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package over any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
